All RSL’s in Wales are required to undertake an objective self-assessment on current performance, identification of current and future risks, and also areas for improvement. We are proud to share our achievements with you.

We are accredited by the Housing Quality Network for how well we manage our rent related income streams and the broad range of activities that we deliver beyond rent collection itself such as financial inclusion, energy advice and community activities. 

The aim of this report is to provide clear and transparent information on senior pay in housing associations in Wales.
